Email & Hosting Setup: questions
Q01Google Workspace or Zoho Mail: which should I choose?
Both are solid. Google Workspace suits teams that already live in Gmail, Docs and Drive; Zoho Mail is often the lighter-cost option. I'll explain the trade-offs for your team before you pay for either.
Q02Will I lose email while moving to a new provider?
The switch is planned so mail keeps arriving, and existing mailboxes can be migrated across. Any short window of change is agreed with you in advance.
Q03Who owns the accounts and the domain?
You do. Domains, email and hosting are registered to your business, and you get the admin access. I work with delegated access, not ownership.
Q04Can you just fix our DNS or email deliverability?
Yes. If mail is going to spam or a record is broken, I can review and correct the setup without changing providers.
